2. How our booking form works

Our website booking form does not store your details on our website. When you press submit, it opens WhatsApp on your device with your message already filled in. Your message is only sent to us when you press "Send" in WhatsApp.

Messages sent through WhatsApp are also handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

3. How we use your information

• To understand your needs and arrange a suitable attendant.
• To confirm bookings, timings, pick-up and drop.
• To keep you updated during the hospital visit or care session.

• Our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and to keep the site running.
• Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers to display them.
